Reservations
For appointments of $40.00 and over or more than one service, are secured with a credit card or gift certificate number. Large party contracts are required.

Cancellations
As a courtesy to other guests and our team members please give a 48-hour notice of cancellation to avoid a 50% charge on your credit card or gift certificate.

Cell Phones and Pagers
As a courtesy to our guests we ask that all cell phones and pagers be turned off during your visit with us.

We love children, however we are unable to accommodate them during your service. Please make appropriate arrangements prior to your appointment so that you and others may relax during your visit with us.

All sales are final, including gift certificates.

Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.

Lost, stolen or damaged items - We regret that Oasis Day Spa cannot be responsible for any lost or stoilen personal items. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment.

Gratuities cannot be charged or added to any credit card or bank card.

Eighteen years of age or younger will need a parent or legal guardian with them to sign a consent form for any services.

We do not allow alcohol on spa premises

$30.00 charge on all returned checks.
